All items are shipped direct from the Miniatures Manufacturer in the UK, shipping charges are based on Royal Mail's weighted rates + a small additional charge for packaging.
A sliding scale, the price varies with weight/location and is displayed at checkout once items have been chosen and delivery address entered. Tracked shipping is also available as an option at a surcharge.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Small orders can be sent "large letter" rate (up to 0.25kg),  larger and heavier orders have to be sent "small parcel" rate

EUROPEAN SHIPPING
Orders throughout Europe are sent "small parcel" rate.

 

NEW RULES ARE IN EFFECT FROM 1st July 2021 meaning all orders into Europe will be liable for VAT and customs handling charges. By placing an order you acknowledge the goods will be sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and you may have to pay additional fees to receive them. There is also likely to be a significant short term delay while the new systems are organised. Until a viable pre-pay system is in place for small retailers European customers are urged to email to arrange an alternative method of ordering (such as a bespoke ebay listing where the tax can be prepaid)

USA/CANADA
Orders to "the other side of the pond" are sent "tracked small parcel airmail" rate as standard as new rules which came into effect in 2020 made this the most sensible option.

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND/REST OF WORLD
Orders to "down-under" are sent "small parcel" rate and this can be upgraded to a tracked service if preferred.
